VaderVPN - End-User License Agreement

1. License Grant

VaderVPN grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the VaderVPN software solely for lawful access to the Service.

2. Restrictions

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, you may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
• Modify or create derivative works of the software;
• Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or transfer the software;
• Circumvent licensing, authentication, or security mechanisms associated with the software.

3. Ownership

The software, trademarks, branding, and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of VaderVPN and its licensors.

4. Updates

VaderVPN may provide updates, bug fixes, security patches, or feature improvements automatically or through user-initiated installation. Continued use of the software following such updates remains subject to this EULA.

5. Data and Privacy

The software operates in accordance with the No-Logging Policy described in the VaderVPN Terms of Service.

6. Termination

Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you violate this EULA or the VaderVPN Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease use of the software and delete any copies in your possession.

7. Limited Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaderVPN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages arising from data loss, outages, or misuse of the software.

VaderVPN's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:

(a) twenty-five U.S. dollars (US $25), or

(b) the amount you paid to VaderVPN during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Export Compliance

You agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or use the software in violation of applicable United States export laws and regulations.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the VaderVPN Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and VaderVPN regarding the software and supersedes prior understandings relating to its use.
